If this individual has an extensive criminal record, how come he is FREE and either been deported or in Federal prison?

Get rid of the open-borders criminals, including the Governors, Mayors
, city Administrators and all those who out to appease the illegal
immigrant advocates. If you listen to the rhetoric, propaganda, lies
and faith-based advocates, US TAXPAYERS WILL BE IMPORTING POVERTY FOR

stealing jobs from citizens and legal residents and offers nothing to

The major issue
was the loophole that was inserted called the "Family Reunification
Act." New immigrant citizens could bring in parents and siblings, who
could bring in their spouses. They, in turn, could bring in their
family members--a chain migration.
By 1970, there were so many disabled, and elderly parents that the government had to assist them.
The
government started Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and even SDI.
That also included Medicaid, and some got food stamps and a housing
allowances.
It's outcome is family reunion and extra costs for
the disabled, mentally sick and elderly that never paid into the
system. US.Taxpayers would be forever paying for the extended families
and all those they sponsor.

population are NOT easily going to be swayed, by either Obama, McCain
to give the 13 to 20 million illegal aliens any kind of Amnesty.? By

Not just Postville, Iowa meatpacking
facility in violation of the law. How many more nefarious companies out
their, violating safety and immigration laws. The
fact is
parasite employers have no restrictions on their hires, they just want
somebody who will work for less and no questions asked. Under the table
specially, with no health care (taxpayers will pay for that?) No
workers compensation, just a sub-standard wage. Illegal workers are not
even cemented in to pay state or federal taxes. Give the jobs to legal
immigrants like the Somalis, or any legalized immigrant who are welcome.
But we cannot just take foreigners into our
country, because they desire a better life for their family. That would
mean the majority of third world countries inhabitants would find a way
to crash our borders. Our country has been suffering under an invasion
of millions of foreign national, who have the audacity to demanding
rights even though they broke our immigration laws to get here.
If our government doe's not enforce immigration laws, close our borders
and start mass Attrition or Self deportation by using the statutes of
the federal SAVE ACT (H.R.4088). Americans will never stopped having
their taxes raised to pay for the support of illegal immigrants and the
next waves that follow. California is a fair example as Governor Arnold scrambles about looking for new avenues to extract taxes. Spending has been completely out of control with the Liberal assembly, forcing taxpayers to pay for fre lunches for the children of the new illegal alien entrants.
I see the biggest worry of large scale purjury in the November election. With California being subservient to the illegal immigrant population, that is more than any other state in the union. If they have already broken the law to break into America, how many will vote for either Obama or McCain?

Until we enact the Federal SAVE ACT (H.R.4088) enforcement only law,
this kind of problem will keep raising its ugly head. More enforcement
is all it will take, against predatory employers, who now realize that
ICE is getting tip from regular AMERICANS? As more and more counties
give immigration training to police departments on the Fed's dime. So
the chances of being found out, that the businesses is using cheap
labor is becoming an everyday occurrence. Of course we certainly need
more ICE, US Border Patrol and specialized military equipment to make
the immigration sweeps. The SAVE ACT(H.R.4088) will consummate this
marriage of ICE and State, County and community illegal immigrant
policing.
But Democrats are looking for millions of votes in the future and
therefore genuflecting to the Latino caucuses, along with Globalists,
business, church and other open border advocates We need strong
government laws, instead the organized chaos of individual state laws,
because the Democrats refuse to enforce the laws already on the books.
More funding! Compared with what taxpayers are spending now, which is
well hidden?
It will be PENNIES! Rep. Menendez is trying to derail the
