The Marriage Amendment will pass in Arizona just as any similar Marriage Amendment passed in all of the States.

But, there is a major obstacle fortchcoming that may obliterate those State Marriage Amendments.  If Barack is elected President in November, it is a given that he will appoint a Liberal justice to the Supreme Court during his tenure which will tip the 5-4 Conservative majority to a 5-4 Liberal majority.  All the Supreme Court then has to do is agree to hear one case that brings up the constitutionality of a Marriage Amendment in a certain State, and the 5 Liberal justices will strike down the Marriage Amendment laws as unconstitutional just like the Supreme Court did a few years ago with the case of Lawrence vs. Texas (2003) which struck down sodomy laws in those States that still had them on the books..  There is no definition in the U.S. Constitution that defines marriage. Gay couples would then be able to marry in every State and their marriages will have to be recognized in all 50 States.

Your taking a lot for granted. First one of the Justice's will either have to retire or die. They are all fairly young. And if one did retire or die it could be a liberal judge. Second you are assuming Barak Hussein Obama will get elected. That is not going to happen. Right now the only one's paying any attention to the election are people like us that ARE involved. By the time it comes around to the vote the rest will look at the issues and Obama has no issues that will help this country. He is tax and tax more, he has no energy policy, he has mocked the bible, his wife is racist, his church is racist and he is just generally a poor candidate with no military history and he is anti military. So you see he will not stand a chance of being elected on his own merits. Regards,

That is because our forefathers never in a million years thought that anyone in their right mind would want to marry someone of the same gender.

Even though McCain is a disgrace to the Republican party. And is a clueless, incompetent, senile career politician, we need to vote for him to keep the liberal judges from legislating from the bench.

NoFear, the young voters will most likely decide this year's Presidential election. They will not listen to the false stories circulating about Barack. Some of the Supreme Court Justices are way up there in age so it is most likely that at least one of the seats will be vacated during the next President's tenure.

Regarding Barack's election, I would not count my chickens before they hatch but I think he has a very strong chance of being elected President in November.

KenOfAZ, my screen name is "GayisGood."

More Liberal Justices will be great for this country. I know that I will be happy.

Also, any case decided by the Supreme Court has been legislated from the bench.

I think McCain stated that he does not approve of an amendment to the U.S. Constitution defining marriage as between one man, one woman.

Q*eer liberals can not stand to leave a definition of marriage stand as it has for thousands of years, they think if they whine enough they can eventually get their way. Unfortunately the straight liberals can't stand traditional definitions of anything, they think they can define reality.
Question--if you rump-rangers get married, which one is the husband?

It is O.K. to say the word, "Queer." You have certainly heard or seen the show, "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy." The only offensive word to the Gay Community is the "F" word that contains 6 letters.

Marriage has to adapt itself to the 21st century. Social evolution cannot be stopped. I will admit that it will take time but gay marriage is inevitable in the United States.

We're here, we're queer....Get used to it!

If you homophobes saw two men kissing in front of a Fry's Food Store would you (A) walk by shaking your head in disgust or (B) say something to the effect of, get a room? On the other hand if you saw two hot women kissing in front of a Fry's Food Store would you (A) Walk by shaking your head while walking into a pillar or (B) Go home with a magazine wishing you were the meat in a girl girl sandwich?

But which one are you, husband or wife? You've already bastardized the word "partner".

In a gay marriage, both are known as "husband" and "husband."

Deviants crying for acceptance, seems like it would be better and less embarassing to try to remain anonymous rather than try to push your lifestyle on those who only see it as a ridiculous and un-natural form of depravity. You will never convince me that your way of life is normal or acceptable.

GIG , history has shown young voters come out in droves for the primaries and don't come out for the general election. And with the liberal agenda of our colleges and universities what would you expect. I was a dem at one time. Then I realized I could see I was misled by those that keep trying to rewrite history and teach it other than how it really happened. They make a big deal out of guys like Martin Luther King and don't explain he was a hard partying white woman exploiting bigot. http://www.worldaffairsbrief.com/keytopics/MLK.shtml> Barak Hussein Obama is not much different than MLK with the exception he hasn't been totally proven at this time. Give it a bit more time and I am of the opinion the true Man will emerge.

Gay people are not deviants and the gay lifestyle is good. Straight people are not deviants and their lifestyle is good also.

I accept gays and lesbians and I'm straight. Why is it unnatural and a form of depravity? Because some televangelist says so? I don't see where a gay couples lifestyle is pushing in on my space. An open mind is a terrible thing to waste. A closed mind is nothing but a waste.

NoFear, I was a Republican once just like Hillary but then we both saw the light.

NoFear, I think the 2008 election will bring out legions of voters who never even once voted in any previous election due to one word -- OPRAH! She has clout and when she promotes someone or something, millions follow.

The homosexuals are pulling out all of the stops to push their lifestyle choice on the world.
Nature made the sexes different so they would be attracted to each other.
With homosexuality there is no way to tell what a person is until the deviant homosexuals decides to hit on a person of the same sex.
At which point you simply start laughing and tell the deviant to get the heck away from you.
Oh and internet tough guy say hi to your two moms.

Oprah !! Yea she has been real vocal lately. Obama dis'd her too and she hasn't been doing anything that I have seen since during the primary. And to be honest I don't know anyone that even watches her show let alone takes her word as gospil. And today speaking of stars, it is being reported BHO is getting policy and how to look good from George "Looney" Clooney. Yea another left wing wacko that has a world policy decision making background. He is at best a mediocre actor. Now I know why Barak Hussein Obama has no valid policies. He gets his stuff from actors and talk show hosts.
