If you saw our 6pm show today, then you saw my story on the new Nintendo Wii Fit game.

It's awesome!  This is the most fun I've had shooting a story...  I'm glad they're making games like this instead of the ones where you just sit on your caboose and do nothing.

I was just bummed that they sold out so quickly!  Just like the Wii system, it looks like I'll have to wait to get one...

Anybody else tried it out yet???

No, but you sure looked good using it!

Looks like fun, but I have to rely on the 3-4 machines in hotel fitness centers most of the time.

I think the novelty will wear off sooner than usual on this one for the exact reason you mention: you have to get off your caboose to use it! You shouldn't have to wait too long.

I haven't used the new one. I have done the one that comes with Wii with boxing, tennis, etc. That's a pretty good workout too.

Wii have used the one with sports also. Some have tested new muscles. It's not just for kids anymore!

My problem with the system is it is still being rationed a few at a time to each store. It took months to get a second one so we can soon "compete" with our grandson in another state.

I saw your newcast about the Wii fit, but just wanted to tell you that you were using it improperly. The track/running exercise doesn't use the balance board. You are suppose to just hold the remote or put it in your pocket and run in place. It says that on the screen when you choose that exercise. Just a Fyi, but you looked good using it though!!

Thanks for the tip TazzzzMann! You're absolutely right! The guys at Best Buy told me to run on it, and I thought it was weird because I kept falling off! It all makes sense now...

While out of town for Memorial Day, we tried Wii bowling and it was one helluva workout. I am looking forward to getting the Wii fit, but don't know when it will fit into the budget. Just investing in the Wii bundle was a cough and a choke!
