I've seen so many articles about this-- I thought I'd blog about it.

The night of Senator Obama's big victory last week, he and his wife Michelle exchanged a "fist bump."  It's been analyzed, dissected, and examined on just about every news source out there.

The one that REALLY gets me though-- is this clip...from Fox's very own E.D. Hill.

Click below to see it:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G_vmQrTi3aM

In it...she uses the term "terrorist fist jab" to refer to different ways people are interpreting the "Obama fist bump."  Problem is, NO ONE seriously thinks it's a terrorist jab!  Everyone and their mother has done the fist bump at some point (heck, even Troy and I did one in a promo earlier this year).

I respect E.D. Hill as an anchor, and in her defense, sometimes producers write things in our scripts that we would NEVER say ourselves (in those cases I usually change it to suit my speaking style).  But sometimes, you're not always able to get scripts in advance...and the first time you're seeing it is when you're reading it on the air.  In this situation, though, I don't know if that's the case...

At any rate...it's disturbing that someone would even write a script like that, and that it made it on the air.  Whoever is responsible should be fist-bumped out the door!

Who hasn't fist bumped is right.

I have done it with marine buddies, with my hubby, with my sons and their friends, even with my ex-husband.

It's right up there with a high five, a head butt or a chest bump.

Now had they head butted or thumped their chests together, I'd be concerned...

What about Michelle obama's remark "Whitey" as reported by FOX's own Geraldo Rivera?

That story was dropped in a flash wasnt it?

Vincent Bugliosi filed murder charges today against GW Bush. Vincent Bugliosi has won 105 out of 106 cases I believe and sucessfully prosecuted Charles Manson. He is a world famous prosecutor.
Will that stroy be picked up by FOX NEWS?

Its NOT at all a slow news day MESABIKER, you just dont know where to get the good news these days and you limit yourself to the mainstream news coverage that doesnt cover the good stuff anymore cuz they arent allowed to.

Ireland scores a victory against the new world order by voting down the EU lisbon treaty. But the EU may throw the vote of the people out and implement Ireland into the EU anyways.

Mike REAGAN, illegitament son of Ronald Reagon issues death threats on PUBLIC radio today, he should be fired and arrested but we'll see if the law applies to him.

KUCINICH announced he will introduce 60 articles of Impeachment on BUSH next week if congress ignores his 32 article of impeachment introduced this week.

Foreclosures are up 48% from 1 year ago today.

Old man U.S. Rep. Paul E. Kanjorski, D-Nanticoke attacks a peachful demostraters with camera and isnt arrested.

so MESABIKER are living under a rock or are you watching FOX NEWS and getting only American Idol coverage? lolololol

Looks like Michael Jordan and charlie sheen are terrorist too now cuz they do the "fist bump". This is a perfect example of how FOX news creates this fake environment of fake terrorism meant to control you. Fox's Michelle malkin and her claims rachel ray was a terrorist cuz she wore a scarf in the duncan donuts commercial is another example of the BLEEP being slung sby so called conservatives.

The most ridiculous FOX terrorist propaganda which is kinda scary cuz it points the finger at YOU, YES you MESABIKER as being a potential terrorist was the "WHITE AL QAEDA" B.S.

Since FOX says there is a white al qaeda, that means the gov will need to take all of our freedoms away cuz any white american could be al qaeda.
This mentality strips all americans of all their rights and gives the gov all the power, its a classic textbook example of how they use fake terrorism to turn a free democracy into a dictatorship.

DONT YA GET IT YET?
Its all a trick to steal your freedom, and most of you are falling for it and mccain preaches this and you follow like sheep still.

It couldnt be more in your face then this but you still dont get it do you?

NOWMD: THIS IS FOR YOU!!!

PARANOIA: A disturbed thought process characterized by excessive anxiety or fear, often to the point of irrationality and delusion. Paranoid thinking typically includes persecutory beliefs concerning a perceived threat. In the original Greek, pa?????a (paranoia) simply means madness (para = outside; nous = mind) and, historically, this characterization was used to describe any delusional state. For example, a person may not want to fly out of fear the plane may crash. This does not in itself indicate paranoia, but rather a phobia. The lack of blame in this case usually points to the latter. Paranoia, however, would be fear that the pilot is an alcoholic with no evidence to suggest such, and would crash the plane as a result of this.

Vincent Bugliosi has not filed murdercharges against anyone latley let alone Bush, he may want to, but can't.
That is just a lie. If you caqn prove it cite the court were it was done.
On a technical matter in the United States a private citizen like Vincent Bugliosi CANNOT file any charges against anyone. Period.
All he could do is to file a complaint that alleges some crime.
Deb This fits better in my humble opinion

paranoid delusion: a fixed false belief that is resistant to reason or confrontation with actual fact

You should be ashamed you work for Fox. If my parent company believed enough in this to put this stupidity on air, I would have the cajones to quit.

Everything that Obama and his wife do is scripted by their handlers. This was meant to appeal to the Millennials who will be voting for Obama in record numbers.

Sen. Obama's appearances and speeches are designed to hit on popular themes even though they may contain inaccuracies, misleading statements or impossibilities. The young people who hear and see a one-sided presentation will never vet the content, but only believe the message.

I've enjoyed watching Troy and Isis, but now I'm not so sure about her. She took a nothing story and blew it up all out of proportion. If you want to talk about inciting, what about this veiled attempt to tell everyone she's voting for Obama. My opinion of Isis has dropped dramatically.
