Airlines continue to screw us, but now, are they making an effort to kiss and make up???

Delta Airlines says it will be offering high-speed wireless internet access on it's entire fleet by the middle of 2009.  Continental has announced plans to do the same.

I wonder how long it'll be before they announce they're going to charge us for it?  And by how much?  Anybody want to take a guess???  Heaven forbid, we get it for free...

Typcal marketing strategy Isis! Let them try it for free then make them pay for it later!

I have no doubt there will be fees down the road. Expect it but for now, get all the downloads you can!

I thought the same thing when I saw the story. I'd rather they gave the option of 2nd, 3rd bag for free. Bah, what do I care. I'm not going anywhere anytime soon.

The airlines are a lot like drug dealers, they hand out free stuff until the "customer" is hooked, and then they make them pay, dearly!:)

I believe it's $7-12 per flight. And worth every penny if you are a business person. If you are really against paying, wait until after your flight to surf. It isn't that important.

Oh, and I saw a story about airlines in Europe. Apparently, they have been charging for things forever and it has worked well for them as they aren't going broke. Personally, I think US airlines are fixing a bad business plan and decades worth of mistakes.

Oh...and only 1% got a tax raise so the other 99% can't afford to buy things which is putting the companies owned by the 1% in financial trouble.
