With the future 'fairness doctrine' being put into law under future Pres. Obama (most likley under a different name), our freedoms of press, expression and choice will be infinged upon and set for future abolishment. Through this the government will have the power to regulate how and what is presented to the public through the media. As is already public knowledge, the corporate media monopoly is owned and operated largley by members of the Council on Foreign Relations whose aim is to eliminate borders and implement a new global society. These members work closely with and largley are members of government. After the FD is implemented as law, the media and political powers will have a consolidation of how and what is told and persented to the public. Any controversial views presented will, by law, have to have set time for professional writers to counter for political and or corporate interests. In 1974 Chief Justice Warren Burger wrote concerning the fairness doctrine, "Government-enforced right of access inescapably dampens the vigor and limits the variety of public debate." Wich leads to the question: doesn't the first amendment of the Constitution state that Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press? 

 
America technically is, presently, a dictatorship. Pres. Bush has signed agreements without the approval of or invlovment of Congress or The People, taken powers of the legislative and judicial branch of government and put them into the executive (effectivley going against the very foundation of the founding fathers idea of the Constitution), paid over 1.2 Billion paying off reporters and news agencies (each case a felony according to the governmental accounting office), even stated that he would enforce the Patriot Act as a law even if it were not a law when congress tried to block it, lied the United States and American people into an illegal war and is now preparing to pass HIS OWN laws to give himself and his administration immunity from WAR CRIMES dating all the way back to guess when, September 11th 2001. Under laws passed by the Bush administration it is now legal for your home to be searched without you being home, for you to be arrested without cause or the cause being told to you or anyone, permanently detained, tortured and even killed legally without ever going to trial. This is no joke, these conditions can be found in a plethora of laws from the Military Commissons Act, Military Tibunals Act, Department of Homeland Security, Patriot Act and many other prodjects founded by the Administration.
 
It is time for the People to wake up and realize what has and is happening to our nation. Choosing not to take action is itself an action. And with that the authoritarian dictators take control. The New World Order is a very real possibility and steps taken such as the 'fairness doctrine' are the incremental movements bringing it into reality and the submissivness of the People is what it is counting on to succeed. Stand by your country, think for yourself, dissention is patriotic!

The events of September the 11th 2001 is a day that will live in infamy for all Americans. This is a sensative topic for many Americans and it is for that purpose I am posting this, the truth of what happend needs to be heard. It is important to understand that it was the friends and families of the police, firefighters and citizens that died that day who started the first 9-11 Truth movements. Below is the proof that 9-11 was an inside job. I openly challenge anyone to view the evidence and say that this is not the case. America and the people that died that day deserve justice. And if we the people turn a blind eye to something like this we will deserve what happens in the future if we do.

Illegal search and seizure is (or was) opposed by the Constitution; such as warrantless wiretapping, has been okayed through the senate and is now law. And no, a FISA court issueing a company an immunity certificate doesn't pass as a warrant. A Congressional investigation even showed that part of the reason the Sept. 11th attacks took place was because the intelligence community failed to make use of surveilance programs it allready had. Despite overwhelming evidence that FISA did not need to be expanded, Congress was happy to pass it onto the Senate, effectivley weakening the rights of Americans under the guise that it is increasing our security.

Doesn't the President and members of Congress have to swear an Oath to defend the Constitution? And with all the social scientists, psychologists and resources these guys have to get into office, let alone all the military and government resources avalable once in office, isn't there a better way to combat the 'war on terror' without destoying the Constitution? The most sacred and divinley inspired document in American history, these men have subposedly taken an Oath to defend?
