The other day, I found out about this woman.

She is a Pinal (Tucson) County Public Defender. In her capacity, she defends illegals.
Do you think this woman should be removed from office for her public display of hatred and dismemberment of Joe as an effigy?

Please write to the Pima County Board of Supervisors and the County Administrator, and ask them to
fire Isabel Garcia for her public behavior inciting the illegals and their supporters to riot and mayhem.

1. Contact Pima County Administrator Chuck Huckleberry in support against Isabel Garcia. 520.740.8661 or e-mail: chh@pima.gov
2. Contact the Journal Broadcast Group, expressing your opinion of Jon Justice and the tactics of 104.1FM, and your concern that local KGUN 9 would be associated with an outlet that is so obviously NOT an objective media source. Contact Julie Brinks: 520.290.7600 or e-mail: jbrinks@journalbroadcastinggroup.com
3. Contact the Board of Supervisors, voicing your support against Isabel Garcia, who has broken several rules and regulations as a Pima County employee.

A few weeks ago, the Arizona Republic posted an article about the continuing feud between the Mayor of Phoenix, and the Sheriff of Maricopa County.

Who do you think is right and why?

http://www.azcentral.com/news/articles/2008/08/07/2

Although the solution of illegal immigration is complex, laws must be enforced equally for all men for all time, without prejudice.

If one group of people do not having the same laws applied, then that is reverse-discrimination, and again that is wrong.

In my opinion, it is not fair for our elected officials to dicate, or pick and choose what laws should be ignored and what should not. All laws should apply, regardless of the color of our skin.

As a latino myself, I find that it is an incorrect definition for the media to say that 'Latino activists' are out demonstrating against the Sheriff.  These are not 'Latino activists', these are 'Illegal supporters'.

It is also in bad taste to see traitors a waving Mexican flag in front of Joe's posse, when in fact race and laws have nothing to do with each other. Illegal is not a race.

The question that American citizens must really ask themselves between Gordon and Arpaio are?

1. Who is really doing what is right for American citizens? the city, the state, the county?

2. Who is really condoning and facilitating exploiting of slave class labor from other countries?

3. Who is working in the best interest of the people?

4. Who is working in the best interest of the corporations?

5. What will happen to the U.S.A if we continue this and allow it to happen? Are we really helping the 3rd world countries or enabling them?

6. Why is that even when the U.S.A. helps other countries, we get slapped in the face and we are still hated?

7. Shouldn't the United States place more focus on helping our poor, our weak, our uneducated, our needy? In that we we can build a better society and then help the other countries help themselves.

Everyone is good at pointing the finger at Joe and saying 'Your are a bad guy', 'You are racially profiling', 'You are not partial to hispanics or those south of the border', and on and on.

Well, myself and my entire family like Sheriff Joe. He is standing up for U.S. citizens. We see no racial profiling. Joe worked in Central and South America for many years, he has way more law enforcement experience than one vote Gordon.

He is the only one with "guts" who is not concerned about politics, willing to stand up for Americans. Unlike other politicians who get an Arizona Republic headline for spending thousands of dollars on dental work, Gucci clothes (or shoes), faking his image so you can like him.

Joe is doing what is RIGHT for protecting this country. He is enforcing the laws selected by the people and for the poeple, not selectively as some other officials would like.

The sad news is that Joe does all the DIRTY WORK of cleaning up the city that HE SHOULDN'T HAVE HAD TO DO IF the city Mayors, and Chief of Police would have been enforcing the laws ALL ALONG (Mesa as well). Crime would not be to the level it is today.

Everyone calls him names, bashes him, he takes all the punishment and media beatings, and in the end, YOU the American Citizen reap the rewards and benefits of his hard work.

I hope as a voter, you do not re-elect the likes of any illegal-pandering officials such as Sinema, Lujan, Pastor, Grijalva, Wilcox, Gutierrez, Bermudez, Reza. These are hispanics that favor more illegal immigration for the benefit of corporations and slave labor. They cannot discern that just because we (myself included) are one color, not every one of us is for illegals. Illegal is not a race. It is about laws.

Exploitation of any race, or group of people is wrong.

This country needs to get off their duff, start doing their own laundry, washing their own car, making their own meals, and especially putting their young teens to work to teach them the value of hard work, responsibility and character.

Being a likeable official is not enough these days, doing the right thing for this country is what is important in the end.

The United States cannot take on the entire burdens of the 3rd world and the leeching that has taken place. Other countries must start taking responsibility for their own, and stop blaming the US and asking for hand-outs. We are going broke as a nation and we are getting poorer and suffering and we need to take care of our own people, our own issues, and improve so we can help those other countries.

If we sink like the Titanic, we will be no good to help any other country.

OK, the "wanted posters" are coming up around the valley...

Throughout this whole episode in the valley (economy, housing, illegals, there really could be a TV series on the drama in Phoenix) we have upcoming elections:

Who will you be voting for in the following categories?

President: Obama or McCain?

Sheriff: Arpaio or Saban?

Mayor:  Gordon or anyone else?

Representatives: Lujan/Sinema (illegal supporters) or anyone else?

Maricopa County Attorney: Andrew Thomas or his opponents?

Scottdale: Mary Manross (twice elected) or councilman Jim Lane?

JP: North Mesa Justice of Peace: Lester Pearce or his opponent?

I am sure there are more.....

* One day Mayor Gordon wrote to the Attorney Generals Office, they came, saw, reviewed and left. Joe was following protocol.

* Next Mayor Gordon wrote to the FBI, they came, saw, reviewed and left. Joe was following protocol.

* Third Mayor Gordon notified the Justice Department, they came, saw, reviewed and left. Joe was following protocol.

Today, Mayor Gordon notified the media to come and review  Joe's work. He has invited the Media to come just like the Don Bolles case.

Does anyone besides me seeing a juvenile behavior?

First of all, we have an elected leader saying that it is acceptable to disregard laws and oppose law enforcement.

...A long time ago in a galaxy far far and away, there was a tax-paying American citizen named Roger Sensing...where was he then, besides hiding?

Is he doing what is right for protecting U.S. voting citizens, or is this a deflection to avert the RECALL?

Subject: Mayor Phil Gordon's recall
Why does the media seem to confuse the issues regarding illegal immigration.

1. Yes, most illegals are hispanic in Arizona (since it is close to the border).
2. Yes, most hispanics support the Mayor (because he caters to the hispanic community).
3. No. Not all hispanics are illegal.
4. No. Not all immigrants are illegal.
5. No. Not all latino immigrants are illegal.
6. If you are a latino immigrant, you are not for illegal immigration (you may or may not be).
7. Not all brown people feel they would be 'racially profiled' (if you get stopped by Law enforcement and you don't have a drivers license, registration, proof of insurance, tags, etc You will be ticketed - - you should NOT be driving.). If you are the hunting for stray animals in the city is it safe to say that in Phoenix you will find either a dog or a cat? Why not an alligator? Why do the likes of the Guadalupe mayor think this is profiling?

With the above issues, why does Rose Wilcox and all the other hispanic community leaders feel they must support "illegal's - shouldn't their loyalty and allegiance, and pledge first lie with U.S. citizens?

Is it OK to say that (a) Hitler is white, (2) Nazi's were white..therefore all (3) whites are Nazi's? What are these hispanic leaders thinking? Why is the mayor on their side?

TO: Rose Wilcox, Lujan, Pastor, Miranda, Alfredo Gutierrez - if you are U.S. citizens, where does your loyalty and allegiance lie to this great country which even afforded you the opportunity to aspire to this level in the government? Now you are turning your backs to that which made you great? that which you can credit your achievement to? You are literally spitting on this great country in the hopes that it will someday turn into a country like Mexico. Why? Could you have prospered so greatly if you had remained in Mexico? What has Mexico done for you? Why do you support and praise those young children that wave their Mexican flags in the face of American citizens on these streets downtown? Is this what you want to teach your children? Do you want to teach your children DISRESPECT of the law to the likes of Joe so that crime increases. Why are you so proud of Mexico when it cannot even feed and educate their own people because of all the crime and corruption? Now you want to bring it here?

All I have to say is that you (plural) DO NOT represent me. I am ashamed that we have these so called 'community leaders' trying to create discension and division.

We must call on our leaders to represent us, not their self-interests and those interests of another country such as Mexico.

To all the hispanic community leaders - if you want to do something great for these people - - go to Mexico and help them help themselves, but do not bring down the United States and expect American citizens to bail these people out. We have no financial responsibility for all their children they have when we can barely take care of our own people. Where is your hispanic pride and dignity? Shouldn't U.S. citizens come first?

A long time ago, there was a man named Lao Zi. He said 'Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day.  Teach him how to fish and you feed him for a life...'

I think the Media has been downplaying the fact that Mayor Gordon is being sued for city North projects by the Goldwater Institute. He gave away contracts and promised money to Chicago developers and not to local contractors that wanted (and probably could use the money).

In my opinion, again I feel this is not what a Mayor should be doing to helping the local economy.

This can be verified by doing a Google of city North, lawsuit, Mayor, and Goldwater Institute.

In addition, I looked at the recall issues and there are other items, like having all this money spent on Cinco De Mayor, Cesar Chavez day, and other diverse special interest, then there is no money to pay for our most important holiday - 4th of July, Independence Day.

When the money was finance to celebrate the 4th of July, it had to come from a private donor (Freedom Wireless).

When I go to look at the Mayors site, several times, he mentions to the media that this money is not paid for by taxpayers - - great, then who is funding his money, and what special interests are at stake with regards to 'kick-backs'. In my opinion, this is a conflict of interest with regards to an elected official. Perhaps this is normal in politics. Can anybody answer this for me?

In other areas, there is a plan to provide direct flight straight from the Middle-East(Dubai I believe) straight into Phoenix for creation of more revenue and building of the local economy. Yes, at first this seems great, but then one also has to think of the increased security, risk and vulnerability this puts Phoenix in, especially being so close to the border AND near the largest nuclear facilities - so I don't think that will fly very well with the public, so again, I am not sure what he is thinking.

Finally - There are several hispanics that do support the Sherriff and not all brown people are for Illegals as the mayor so conveniently assumes. That is the reason I am blogging my comments.

When I read the media, I see the sob stories about the Illegal that got caught for a DUI and now his children are not taken care of. Then I read the story about the gentlemen who lent his car to a hispanic who had a suspended drivers licence and a broken tail light - - well excuse me newspapers, if this were a normal U.S. citizen, they would have the same consequences. Someone please explain this to me?

Joe - Thank You for doing what is right for this Country instead of the like of Mayor Gordon, 'La Raza' Wilcox, Lujan and Sinema in our Government.

As a Hispanic, I support what you are doing and know that you are protecting U.S. Citizens with regards to Crime, Illegal Activity, Drugs, Smuggling, Identity Theft, Trafficking, and all the issues associated with illegals.

While I am hispanic, I am first and foremost an American and I know that what you are doing is right for American citizens.

It is revolting, disgusting and causing Polarization that the Mayor is saying such bad things about you - - instead he should be behind you, Thanking You and Supporting you for Enforcing ALL Laws, not just the ones that are convenient to his Political Motivation.

As a Hispanic, I will never EAT at Rose Wilcox filthy, nasty restaurants (El Portal) where she holds meetings to figure out ways to discredit you and doesn't do her job during the day.

She and the other Government Officials really need to align their Loyalty and Allegiance to Mexico- - permanently. I would vote for Phil as President of Mejico...

I am Thankful Joe, that you do not want Arizona to be another 'Mexifornia' - your efforts and persistence and commitment are TRULY appreciated by U.S. Citizens.
