I am amazed at all the anti Obama sentiment in this country and it's not because he's an inexperienced candidate or that his policies are are bad for this country but i'm amazed at the fear white America is exhibiting because a Black man could become president.  White Americas fear is so obvious. Whenever a black person runs for office, one of the first things white america requests is that the black candidate denounces louis Farrakhan and any other black person white america fears. When Bob Johnson the man who formed Black entertainment television endorsed Hillary Clinton nobody demanded hillary denounce him because the BET network is viewed as racist because of it's Black oriented programming but i guarantee if Bob johnson endorsed Obama he would of  had to go on Meet the press and denounce the man who created a black only network. When John Hagee endorsed mccain no one demanded he denounce Hagee, when mccain finally rejected his endorsement , we never heard hagee being tied to mccain again.

I think the fear comes from knowing the injustices that white America has carried out against blacks throughout the history of this country, that if Obama becomes president he will in some way make white America pay for their sins. White Americans act like there is going to be some retaliation for slavery and injustices carried out against Blacks in this country.

White America seem to be so afraid of a black president that when Obama "fist bumped" his wife ,whites acted  like they never saw this gesture before and was acting like he was sending out a secret message that only blacks and terrorist knew. I agree their are certain cultural differences amongst the races but a FIST BUMP IS UNIVERSAL..

White America needs to fear John Mccain wanting to keep your babies and your babies babies in the Middle east for a hundred years. George Bush has destroyed our international relationships, he has destroyed the economy, he has America in a war that has lasted to long and cost way to much but yet you will still consider Mccain who has become Bush "part deux"  over Obama because you are unable to get over your predjudices.

White America there is no need to fear Obama , when he's president he wont paint the white house black, he wont replace Airforce one with a G-4 like puff daddy has, he wont take benjamin franklin off the Hundred dollar bill and replace him with a picture of tupac, he wont replace the Bald eagle with a chicken, he wont "pimp'  the presidential motorcade vehicles with booming systems and 20 inch rims, he wont get Dr dre. to remix the national anthem and he's already rich and famous and hasn't dumped his wife ,so whitemen your white women are safe.

What a pure crock. I for one feel no "white guilt". I would much rather see Colin Powell running for office than Wingnut.
Look at Wingnut's stance on the second amendment, national security, his associates, his lack of experience, his flip-flopping.
Two things keep me dead set against him; I perceive him to be a liar, and he's a dummycrat.
Get off the racial slant, you only will perpetuate it.

What cracks me up is these people think that the ONLY reason we can be against Obama is because he is Black. I guess Bob Johnson (who endorsed Hillary even though he created the Black Entertainment Tv network)must be a racist too! If Hillary would have been the nominee, these same narrow minded people would be saying we don't want Hillery because of her gender.
McCain and Obama are BOTH losers. But McCain at least knows that if we leave Iraq (after we went there and messed things up for them) it will be harmful to the Iraqi people and make us look bad for decades to come. And Obama has said he will get rid of the Bush tax cuts. In other words, all of our taxes will go up. I don't know about you, but my taxes are WAY too high and I don't want them to go higher. And McCain has said that we MIGHT do something about drilling our own oil, where Obama says no way. So even though they are both big losers and will be very bad for our country, McCain will not be as big a disaster as Obama. It's not Obama's race, it is his stupid ideas. Get a clue.

LSD, Spoken like a true BLACK RACIST.
Bleeding heart, anti American, liberal Democrats, and a few BLACK RACISTS like yourself, are the only ones making Osama Obama's race an issue.
And, as it has been pointed out numerous times, HE'S NOT BLACK!
Osama Obama is the WORST thing that could happen to this country, and skin color has NOTHING to do with it!
LSD, YOU are a RACIST.
YOU are the one promoting HATRED and RACIAL TENSION.

By Far!!! The biggest bunch of liberal hogwash I have seen so far. This is exactly why Obama is where he is today because of the fear that the blacks may be offended if we don't vote for him. BULL. Give us a black man with a backbone and credibility and I will vote for him and stop making this a racial issue, unless he is an anti-American liberal. I question why this trash piece was put on the front page while good, non-liberal blogs are buried several pages back.

What the leftist aka progressives never mention about racism is the truth. I do not like BO for the same reason any conservative does not like BO. He is bad for the country like all leftist aka progressives are.
Free health care comes with a cost to the others that never use health care.
Farrakhan like the other Black Americans that hide behind the racism chant never mention the fact that Black people also engaged in the slavery of Blacks from Africa.. Tribes in Africa rounded up and sold other tribes into slavery.
What guilt should I have because Blacks did the very same thing that Black Americans like Farrakhan and Jackson always rant about.

As an aid to increase your lack of pertinent information....
Barack Hussein Obama, Jr.
He is not "African American" but A Caucasian-Arab mix.
Mr. Obama is not an “African-American” as defined in United States law.
Sen. Obama is actually "Arab-American".
*** duh!
Mr. Obama is 50% Caucasian from his mother's side.
He is 43.75% Arabic, and 6.25% African Negro from his father's side.
He's NOT A 'BLACK' man.

What's with all the old news about his race?

Only Obama supporters bring up race. It's old and tiring.

So many people think more government control over us and less control over terrorism and border invasion is a good thing. Why people want the US to become the latest war zone is beyond me.

So many people think the government benefits are great because they won't be affected with the higher taxes. I for one am sick of how much the government takes. And if you need your hand held through life, why didn't you stay home with your mommy?

And what is up with Obama wanting to tax us an additional $8,000 a piece to throw more money at corrupt governments that keep their citizens in poverty?

I'd go on, but something tells me it will all fall on deaf ears.

I love it when ever a colored(any color) person can not achieve his/her goals, succeed in their profession, or cant get out of proverty they pull the race card and cry discrimination. I am sick and tired of this same OLD TATIC. This is the 21st century, if Obama is NOT(and I doubt he will be) elected President IT IS NOT BECAUSE OF THE COLOR OF HIS SKIN!!!GET OVER IT FOR GOD SAKE. He will not be elected President because of his character and/or his politic's and associations, or maybe he will not be elected because he refused to put his hand over his heart during the Pledge of Alligence, or refuses to acknowledge his religion, deneying his muslim heritage or maybe its because he says one thing but later recants because he ment something else, any number of thing will stop him from being President BUT CERTINALLY not the his skin color.

YOU are a racist PIG perpetuating the racial tension you have created with this post. It was not "WHITES" that acted like they never saw that before, I my self (whom is WHITE BTW)do it all the effin time, but since you cant see past your own racial nose let me help you with that. It was a BIASED, RACIAL, SELF SERVING POLITICAL AGENDA SEEKING MEDIA that made a big stink out of that so called "knucle smack" and you played right into their hands. Its people like you that keep the racial tension alive and well.

Please you guys. The only reason you are all getting up in arms is because it's true. There have been more racist comments on this site than I care to remember. Some of you have said that we should kill every single Muslim and their families, wipe out the ME more or less. Some of you have said that illegals are all pedophiles, murderers, etc. and have 'loud parties and throw trash all over the place'. Heck, some of you said slavery helped blacks as it got them out of their 'god-forsaken country' and justified it by saying 'the black tribal leaders were selling them' like you would buy a 19 year old sex slave provided an adult sold her to you. So, don't pretend that you aren't even a lil bit racist. And you sure as hell can't pretend that their isn't a great number of racists in this country.

Point 2: you all hate Obama, yet during Bush's run, you all were saying that you needed to restore morals to the White House and voted for the more "Christian" guy. Let's see...how many times has McCain been affiliated with a church and/or pastor? Never, he isn't practicing. Has Obama cheated on his wife? Has Obama left his wife? The big difference here, he's black.

And the white man is only afraid of the 'minorities' (including women) because he know how he treated all of us for so long and is worried that we have the same lack of ethics as they did. I have good news; we don't.

Whe you are all done screaming and acting a fool, i have no problem with an intelligent racial conversation because calling me racist and all these derogatory names is typical of people who have been exposed to the truth, DEAL WITH IT.

Now i dont remember opressing any of you or denying you any rights based on your color so calling me racist proves my point that white America is afraid of the potential of an intelligent non biased blackman leading you.

Obama said he is the candidate of change so i know now why all of you are so up in arms because as we all know everyone hates change until it benefits them.

Obama has not layed out his complete plan for this country, yet you all claim he's a loser a liar and any other thing you can come up with to hide the fact that he's a blackman running for president and you're not quite ready for that, but your kids are and they deserve a future, by not voting for Obama you are denying them a properous future but you are guaranteeing they will grow up and carry a machine gun overseas if Mccain is elected.

"Black racist?" HaHa

Tucker, I didn't not call you a racist as you are aware. But you are wrong, you do have a problem with "an intelligent racial conversation." I think your first "problem" is that you pretend only whites can be racists. Your entire post is a handful of taunts and accusations against people who don't like Obama, you are calling people racists without using the word. Why should it surprise you that people discern your intent? You may not mind a "racial conversation," as long as you are not the one being called a racist it seems.

You still have not answered the big question, why keep talking about race?

Why not for once admit that Obama is flawed. McCain is flawed. Hillary is flawed. They're all flawed. Do you honestly think Obama is the perfect man? Of course you don't. So why the near religious tirades that he's the consummate answer to America's problems? Obama supporters have dished out as many jeers and name-calling on this site as anyone. It's time to face some facts. Obama is not all that.

Obama has let enough out of the bag about his intentions to make a reasonable guess about whether or not he is "good" choice for this country. Based on his voting record, his intent with the UN, his tax proposals, he's one BLEEP shoot I wouldn't take. Don't you know, Obama is not going to withdraw from Iraq anytime soon? He's already said that. Instead on top of war spending, he's going to match that amount with payments to the UN for every cause imaginable. Giving your kids the gift that keeps on taking? Not mine thank you. Anyway, Michelle Obama is as irritating as it gets. We just got rid of Hillary.

lsd, not everyone called you a racist or any other derogatory name nor is everyone screaming and acting a fool. You made my point that what I had to say would fall on deaf ears. Thanks for the lack of an intelligent conversation.

aks, your flair for drama is always good for a chuckle, try to understand that to not support or vote for Obama is not the same as hate.
Disagreeing with your views doesn't make a person racist either.

1950 has come and gone, you both should try to get over it. You both have ignored very valid talking points and shot straight to labeling everyone a racist.

I tried to let people know a little about me because at the end of the day we are not changing anything in the world writing on this site ,at best we are able to release our frustrations with everyday life but some of you choose to read and take notes from my bio and say very disrespectful things. This site never envokes that much rage in me, so now ,it doesn't matter who i am.
