Police in Flagstaff say they've made two arrests in the slaying of a
teenager whose body was found in a forest clearing on Thursday night.
Detectives
probing the death of 16-year-old Justin Jackson of Flagstaff said
Saturday that they have arrested a 17-year-old boy and 18-year-old
Jesse Collier on suspicion of first-degree murder, armed robbery and
kidnapping. Both live in Flagstaff.
