There are IT consulting companies like Vensoft.inc, which misuse the law to their requirement.
International students who look out for company who can sponsor them, so that prove thier skillsets and make a living. The IT companies like Vensoft.inc exploit them. They promise them Free training, free accommodation, and salary of $54 to $60K for the first year. And above all they promise that they would sponsor the H1-B. International students are lured by H1-B and most of them accept it, But figure out the risk after first few months. Since most of the internationals wish to save money they do not consult the lawyer's before they sign the CONTRACT with the IT company, And that's where they fall as prey.... They need to consult a lawyer with immigration background and has employment experience....
Since the training is bad, most end up training them self. But with thought that they would get H1- B visa (work permit visa to work in US), they continue to learn 5 to 10 different software which the company ask them to train. But after 2 months the company tells them to falsify their resume (5 to 7 years experience minimum)so that that they can apply to companies which requires IT consultants with 5 to 9 years. experience in a particular software. The students resist to alsify but these consulting company warn the students that if they leave they would be sued and would have to face dire consequence and will not have their H1B visas.
To avoid court, students commit a crime by falsifying their resume and work in Companies as 5 to 7 years experienced IT consultants , when they have none. But the consulting companies reap the profit from these consultants. The consulting companies charge the companies around $ 90 to $150 per hr, but the student / employers get $23 per hr or less... Even at site (work place) these companies promises to support their consulants, which never happens.. The consultants are left standed looking to save their n- years of experience which they have falsified.
The students donot know whom to complain and where to complain. If media can come up and help some students and catch such corrupt IT consulting companies, this would STOP corruption in job market and would help the experienced citizen to keep up their job and help individuals.
I ask the media to look into one of such companies which has most of it's consultants working in companies like Petsmart, GEICO, Bank of america and other's

MEDIA PLEASE HELP THE JOBS MARKET.........................
After completing my Master in US, I was looking for jobs. Being an immigrant to this country, it was not easy getting one, since most of them did not want to file an H1 -B visa for me, even through the company needed an employee with my qualification and experience. Most of the international students get one year of Optional Training Program also called as O.P.T by most , can work in US for one year. After the completion of OPT the student has to either return to his/ her home country or continue with another degree.
I was looking forward to a company that would sponsor and hire me. Just then I came across an Indian IT consulting company. They said that they would sponsor my H1-B as well as provide me with free training and accommodation during the training period. They promised that I would get a monthly $500 stipend during the training period and after my training period I would get a start up salary of $54 k for the first 6 month and $ 60 K the remaining 6 months. All seemed like a dream come true. Though software was not my part the cake, I was ready to accept the challenge since they offered me a training program and were ready to sponsor my H1- B documents.
Initially I never believed it to be true. I searched the web looking at the company website www.vensoft.com and in other forums, to see what people know about this company. Saw no bad or good things about the company. So I decided to jump to IT.
The training program that they promised was a big hoax. I had to sit in front of computer and read through the help files. I could not print any documents since no printer was hooked to the system. Stipend for the month was prorated too and there was no professional staff to train the student. With only H1 -B in my mind I decided to continue through the training program. When I saw at USCIS (United states of Citizenship and Immigration Services) website that there were not may H1-B ‘s left , I began to ask the company official about my H1- b document. Have you applied for it, do you have my confirmation receipt. They never paid any heed to me.
One day the boss, Shyam Byra and Santosh came up to me and said that you have competed your training , you need to prepare a resume so that we can market you. They held a “1 hour” of training that was the first training that I ever had to prepare a resume. There they asked the students to falsify their resume. They asked to put 5 to 6 years of experience in IT, and 2 to 3 years of experience in the software we were teaching ourselves. The software included Informatica, Buisness Objects , COGNOS, Unix, and other’s. All the software were burnt onto blank CD’s and given to us to upload to our system. I have no clue till date how one can burn software on to a blank CD in such huge masses and why no ANTI-Piracy companies have not raided this company for a long time.
I did not want to continue with this company any longer. I did not want to fake my resume. I did not know what to do. I quit the company.
Some day’s later I got an mail from Attorney named Steven Beeghley from Sacks Tierney that the company has sued me and I need to either pay $20K for training + $ 4 K for living + $ 5K for attorney expenses and $ ## for other expenses. I did not believe this, a company doing such illegal activities has An Attorney ? I went to Maricopa county court to check whether it’s real and that when I learned the company has done this in the past. I was not the only student who is sued, they have sued many student’s in the past who decided to quit and not continue with their illegal activity.
I would appreciate if any one of you reading, could help me out. Let the state , city county officials know about this illegal programs the company is into. Sue the company for their illegal activities. Check into their records and see that all the consultants they are sending to various companies like PETSMART, BANK OF AMERICA and other companies are students with no experience all fake resumes.
